House Unpacked (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a London-based blog that provides a comprehensive guide to moving house. We share top tips on searching, moving, and buying a new home, in addition to selling digital products.

- No physical goods are supplied
- All products are for personal, non-commercial use
3.) Ordering and Payment
- Orders are placed via our website
- Payments are securely processed by Stripe; we do not store card details
- Payment must be received in full before product delivery
4.) Delivery of digital products
Digital downloads are available immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive access via email or a download link. You are responsible for saving and backing up your product
5.) Refunds & Cancellation
Under UK consumer law, digital products normally carry a 14-day “cooling-off” period.
By purchasing and downloading our products, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the product is downloaded or accessed.
